Chuck Liddiard
Founder, Executive Director & Lead Counselor
Chuck Liddiard is the Founder and Executive Director of The Paratum Scholars and serves as its Lead College Counselor. With over 20 years of experience in secondary and higher education, Chuck has dedicated his career to helping students discover their potential and find their path to success.
Chuck's background in athletics runs deep. He holds a Master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University's Center for Sport Leadership, one of the few graduate programs in the country dedicated exclusively to the intersection of athletics and leadership. Before transitioning into college counseling, he spent six years in private school athletic administration and coaching, giving him a firsthand understanding of what college programs are looking for in a student-athlete.
Having evaluated over 20,000 college applications and read more than 30,000 college essays during nine years in college admissions, Chuck brings a rare insider's perspective on how colleges evaluate students. He now focuses primarily on college-bound student-athletes, helping them navigate the recruiting landscape, build strong applications, and find the college experience that fits them both athletically and academically.
Because great guidance should be within reach for every student-athlete, not just a select few.
