The Paratum Scholars provides college counseling, educational planning, aptitude assessment, and related services to students and families. Our services include but are not limited to:

• One-on-one college counseling
• Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) assessments
• Student-athlete guidance

• Educational workshops and resources

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide the highest quality guidance and support, we do not and cannot guarantee admission to any college or university. College admission decisions are made solely by the institutions to which students apply. Our role is to help students present their best selves and make informed decisions, not to guarantee specific outcomes.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not submit false or misleading information on college applications (academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited)
• Respect scheduled appointments and provide reasonable notice for cancellations

Fees and Donations

As a nonprofit organization, we offer services on a sliding scale based on family need. Some services may be provided free of charge, while others may have associated fees.

• Service fees, if applicable, will be communicated before services begin
• Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and are non-refundable
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers (e.g., PayPal)
